Schering's Big Loss in MO
After losing a jury trial, Schering-Plough rushed  to settle with the state of Missouri. In the end, the company agreed to pay $31 million to settle Average Wholesale Pricing charges.  To put this in perspective, the Missouri settlement is equal to a $1.58 billion national settlement based on population weights. >> To read more
